A Georgian at Princeton (by Robert Manson Myers)
Related to Myers’ The Children of Pride, this book contains the letters exchanged by Rev. Charles Colcock Jones, his wife, and their two sons while the young men were attending Princeton University in the 1850’s, illuminating the long-gone way of life of a wealthy, well educated southern elite family whose lifestyle was based on slavery.
